Treatment of skeletal Class III with anterior moderate crowding
Treating Class III with conventional ways with using wearing electrics, it could make occlusal plane flattening which violates smile arc. So we have to change occlusal plane steepening to make better soft tissue change.
Class III patients already have linguoversion of lower anterior teeth which makes flattening of mentolabial sulcus! So it is also important to make lower incisors right inclination!!!
