This patient presented severe anterior teeth’ proclination. but she didn’t have any lip incompetency which means difficulties to close lips.
Each patients have different soft tissue threshold. Like this patient showed low angle and enough lip volumes. That’s why she didn’t present lip incompetency. so always you have to check the changes of lip based on superimposition of lateral cephs and external photos.
